# Pi 5 controller assets — 18 September 2026 revision

These files are the selected assembly and enclosure exports used by the franka-rs
hardware guide. Original mesh/CAD bytes are retained. The manifest records their hashes,
byte counts, and source modification timestamps. No G-code is included.

## Source and accuracy

- Raspberry Pi 5: simplified/tessellated official Raspberry Pi Ltd STEP model,
https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/rpi5/RaspberryPi5-step.zip . The MIT license and
manufacturer's accuracy disclaimer are retained in RASPBERRY-PI-LICENSE.txt.
- Active Cooler: project model based on the official mechanical drawing,
  https://datasheets.raspberrypi.com/cooling/raspberry-pi-active-cooler-mechanical-drawing.pdf .
- P02 / EP-0219 adapter: project model based on 52Pi drawings and product photographs,
  https://wiki.52pi.com/index.php?title=EP-0219 . The adapter is the modeled reference;
identification of the physical build was not confirmed in the original notes.
- Intel I350-T2 V2: project model based on Intel's product brief and measured card/bracket dimensions,
  https://cdrdv2-public.intel.com/325511/Intel%20Ethernet%20Server%20Adapter%20I350-T2-T4.pdf .
PCB length 135 mm and overall length 150 mm informed the revised enclosure. The bracket sheet and
fold depth are measured; bracket width, fold ends, port heights and component locations
  still include estimates.
- Cables and camera housings: stylized project models, not manufacturer CAD.
- Enclosure: franka-rs project design for the above geometry. The current revision adds a slot and
supports for the bracket's folded edge, retaining the 0.6 mm nozzle layout, card
insertion/tilt clearance changes and strengthened port wall. CAD checks are not
  physical fit or thermal validation.
- The electronics PNGs illustrate the earlier assembly layout; the electronics GLBs
and enclosure renders include the revised bracket geometry.

GLB files use metres and Y-up. STL files are intended as millimetres, in print orientation.
STEP files contain the editable enclosure solids. The 3MF contains geometry/layout, with
no supplied machine-specific G-code or tested slicer profile.
