The least joint_damping[i] / sqrt(joint_stiffness[i]) a running session is left at. The
shipped presets sit between 0.32 (ImpedanceGains::CARTESIAN’s
wrist) and 2.12 (JOINT’s), so this is under every one of them with room to spare: it
forbids the undamped corner and nothing else. Like every number in
LiveTuning::BOUNDS it is a derivation on paper until it is swept.
